12 modules of an hour to an hour and a half each
MODULE 1
Posture, Poise and Presence
Learning to develop positive and powerful non-verbal communication / Body Language and creating cutting-edge First Impressions while walking tall and using appropriate Gestures.
Building non-verbal bridges of Communication and developing rapport with others.
Learning ‘Right’ v/s ‘Rude’ in the global arena while cultivating charisma.
Crossing of legs, placement of hands, selecting stance, Open and Closed Body Language.
Studying Instinctive v/s Acquired Hand and Facial gestures for calm, confident and comfortable communication, as studied by Body Language experts in the field.
Perfecting one’s Presence with elegance and grace.

Make-up Lesson I
Make-up shopping, in case of requirement, followed by Morning make-up including a three-minute nude or natural look and Luncheon/Corporate make-up.

Hairstyling
Quick and simple hairstyles to further enhance grooming.

Personal Hygiene
Learning simple self-care tips and tricks to maintain a clean and classy image always.

Dress for Success
Clothes cover 90% of the body and are a great tool to project your Image.
Understanding Body-Type dressing and Colour/Colour-combining.
Learning how to accessorise and evolving one’s sense of style.
Learning how to use the Colour Wheel effectively.

Developing social sensitivity while learning to adapt to various social situations with grace.
MODULE 9
Dining Etiquette
A sit-down lunch practical using Continental and American styles of eating, accepted all over the world.
Handling some difficult to eat foods with timeless Table Manners while learning grace under pressure.
MODULE 10
Business Etiquette & Presentation Skills
Building Ambassador Skills and Winning Attributes.
Learning appropriate Business Introductions.
Using appropriate Honorific or Titles while addressing someone.
Networking and creating lasting Business bonds.
Understanding ‘neutral’ global Business Protocol.
Perfecting Business Writing skills and Netiquette to become a Congruent Communicator.

Fine Dining and Restaurant Etiquette (two hours)
Dining at a fine-dine restaurant, navigating our way through various courses and cuisines with flair.
